How are the components packaged for global shipping?

All steel panels, turbines, and hardware are packed in reinforced, ISPM-15 certified wooden crates. The packaging is optimized to maximize space efficiency in standard 20ft and 40ft shipping containers.

What are the standard manufacturing lead times?

Standard modular kits and counter-current turbines have a production lead time of 3-4 weeks. Custom OEM/ODM orders typically require 6-8 weeks from CAD approval.

Can the counter-current unit be retrofitted to an existing concrete pool?

Yes, we manufacture a specialized retrofit housing unit that mounts directly to existing concrete pool walls without requiring major structural excavation or plumbing reroutes.

What foundation is required for the modular pool?

A standard reinforced concrete pad (minimum 150mm thickness) leveled to within ±5mm tolerance is required before the steel panel assembly begins.

Are the control panels and motors IP-rated?

Absolutely. Our master control cabinets are IP65 rated for safe outdoor installation, while the underwater 24V DC brushless motor housings are fully IP68 sealed.

What are the voltage and phase requirements for the turbines?

Standard commercial units require 380V/400V 3-phase power for optimal efficiency. We also manufacture 220V/240V single-phase options specifically requested for residential retrofits.

Is the counter-current speed variable?

Yes, all our turbine units come equipped with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), allowing for 1-100% stepless speed control via our digital interface or remote control.

What are the flow rates for the ProStream Turbine units?

The single turbine (3.0kW) provides up to 900 m³/h of flow, while the dual turbine configuration (6.0kW) reaches up to 1800 m³/h, suitable for elite athletic training.

Can the steel panels withstand seismic activity?

Yes, our modular framing system features integrated flex-joints and cross-bracing designed to absorb kinetic energy, making it highly resilient in seismically active regions compared to traditional concrete shells.

What is the structural lifespan of the modular system?

Under normal soil and water conditions, our structural steel frames have an engineered lifespan exceeding 50 years, backed by our comprehensive factory warranty for commercial applications.

What grade of steel is used for the modular pool panels?

We utilize Z275 hot-dip galvanized steel (2.5mm thickness) with a multi-layer anti-corrosion coating to ensure maximum structural integrity and rust resistance even in highly corrosive environments.
